This one I've actually never seen, but it's the type I will comfortably buy because it's a new remaster and I'm pretty much always interested in checking out a good "classic" film noir or crime film. Probably can't go too wrong picking up a film like this even on a whim.

Loving this Fox/Kino deal so far. They are cranking them out faster than Twilight Time, didn't expect there to be so many new remasters since Kino had never shown an inclination to care about that previously. But I guess the Fox vaults are pretty deep, and it just shows how pathetic MGM is in comparison.

I believe that the Kiss of Death Blu-ray is an overseas release.

It will be released by the U.K. label, Signal One Entertainment. They released some titles that Kino also released like On The Beach & Last Embrace. I recommend their release of Compulsion. It's an excellent film.

Awesome news! In light of this announcement I finally opened up my DVD copy of this film and watched it today, I am more than happy to upgrade this title to blu ray! The only thing that is upsetting is that I should have watched this one sooner because it was phenomenal, another outstanding effort from Robert Siodmak.

That would be my opinion as well, but I do like the BFI booklet. Probably will end up going with the Kino.
