Default Looking to upgrade from an Emotiva UMC-200

Hey all, getting ready to move to 4k but before i upgrade my projector i want to upgrade my blu-ray player and for this thread i need to figure out what to do about my umc-200 since that wont support it.

If i stick with Emotiva i could do the MC-700 and i believe if they are still doing the upgrade for life i could get 25% off so i could get it for $450. It doesnt appear to be a direct upgrade though (i lose my 7.1 analog in's for example, not sure if i lose anything else).

Or is there another company i should consider? looking to spend under $1k. I was happy with the umc-200 overall but i just need something with modern hdmi so it supports 4k and what not.

thoughts?
