Did anyone else catch The Night Shift on NBC?

I think it re-airs tonight or tomorrow!


I was surprised at how much I really enjoyed it. If they can keep the fast paced action and don't let it become a comedy like scrubs or the personal stuff become front and center like Gray's or Private Practice then I'll continue it the rest of the summer!

Found out recently (on Geektown.co.uk) that the first season of The Night Shift starts in the UK (on channel Sony TV) on Tuesday 12th January. It's an NBC series which I've been wanting to see for a while.

Has it been renewed for a third season?

Yep, it's been renewed for a 3rd season. One of my favorite shows on TV at the moment.

Not to many medical shows on TV and Night Shift is more on the lighter side compared with something like Code Black.

Watched the pilot episode tonight. Wasn't sure if I would like it, after the first few minutes, as there were some cliches. As for the rest of the episode, it moved along at a fast pace.

I think I read on the IMDb that the show is filmed in New Mexico.
