One of my favorite American films of this year. Definitely in my top 25 and well worth picking up.

This movie was wonderful. The story was familiar at times but solidly made, and even avoided going down a few cliched paths. Hailee Steinfeld gives an incredible performance, and it's funny, sad, touching, and relatable.

"You need to watch out for run-on sentences."

I swear, I've watched the trailer so many times, and that line still makes me crack up. The performances were wonderful, the story was wonderful, and whole thing was wonderful. Love it.

Probably will wait and get the Blu Ray. My theater already has cut down to one time at 9:45 at night.

The only extras listed on the back cover are Gag Reel and Deleted Scenes. Amazon lists an Actor & Filmmaker Roundtable too. Don't know who to believe.

I saw a screener last night. It was a fantastic film in the mold of John Hughes.

Sixteen Candles + Pretty In Pink + Some Kind Of Wonderful + Easy A = Edge Of Seventeen and I mean that in a good/great/excellent way.

Ducky and Watts...?

Looks like it is the cover. Meh.

At least the poster is on the back cover in some form. The images should have been switched.

I haven't seen the film but I don't like the cover either. Looks like it was taken out of a production still image.
