Cool! Still haven't seen the movie (though we have it on blu-ray) so with this news I'll wait for the 4k release. Hopefully there will be a nice steelbook aswell.

I haven't seen this one either so probably day 1. I would some more Angelina Jolie on UHD for sure.

So with this and Cinderella, Jungle Book and Beauty And The Beast coming to UHD soon isn't out of the question (maybe early 2020 as a tie in for Mulan).

They both look great, but will be going for the SB, considering I want all of my disney live actions as a steelbook. Let's hope release date isn't untill October or November. August and September are expensive as it is.

The sequel will be in theaters on October 18, so I guess this 4K UHD release will be around that time.

Oh my gosh! I’ve been waiting for this announcement because I don’t own this on blu-ray yet. Hopefully they also announce Beauty and the Beast 4K (Animated and Live Action) very soon.

I'm guessing this will not be released in the UK as quite a few other Disney 4K releases. It really is quite baffling why this is continuing to happen. So I'll be importing from Australia or the US.

I doubt they'll release the live action one on 4k, you'd think they would have done it already? Same with Jungle Book. I hope I'm wrong though, Beauty and the Beast is my favorite live action movie out there.

When they initially released it, Disney didn't do 4K yet. There is no reason to believe they won't be released on 4K eventually.

Am glad that this is getting a release as the aussie blu is only lossy 5.1. Will prob only be 4k only

I placed an order for Cinderella with Sanity earlier today actually. I hope it doesn't take too long to arrive. Excellent price and region B blu-ray, very nice.

What worries me is that Disney seems to ONLY be releasing certain movies in 4K if there is a sequel/remake of them coming out. What about those movies that won't ever have sequels, like Tangled and Moana? Will THEY ever come out in 4K?

Is the Aussie one UHD-only? I didn't mind picking up the Toy Story's from there as I've got the BDs, but if I don't have the BD already then I don't want a bare bones UHD package.
