Default Metallica - live at the Rose Bowl 7/29/17

I've been a big Metallica fan ever since I first heard my older brother's AJFA cassette tape back in '88. I had never seen them live, so this last Saturday night was an absolute treat, to say the least. And of course, I went with my older brother, which made it a little more special for me.

Anyways, here's some video footage I took during the concert...

Hope you guys like.

That's wicked!

Sadly, I won't be seeing them this go around. I had to choose between them and GnR and figured the likelyhood of another chance to see one of those two was higher with Metallica.

It's cool you had decent seats and a great time.

Saw them last night. They were great.

I kind of quit " liking " them after the black album and I did not like that album much either.

I liked St. Anger for what it is. And death magnetic was a step in the right direction.

I really like Hardwired.

This show was really good. And it was a show. The lasers, smoke and bombs during One were a lot of fun.

They change up 3 or 4 songs a show and I was lucky to get Whiplash, Creeping Death and the mighty Fight Fire With Fire which I never thought I'd hear in a stadium.

I could have done without Halo on Fire but you can't win em all.

All in all I had a great night - they were loud, had great energy and sounded awesome.
