As the new prodigy at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, Hiro now faces daunting academic challenges and the social trials of being the little man on campus. Off campus, the stakes are raised for the high-tech heroes as they must protect their city from an array of scientifically enhanced villains.

The following cast is pretty much the same as in the movie : Ryan Potter (Hiro), Jamie Chung (Go Go), Scott Adsit (Baymax), Genesis Rodriguez (Honey Lemon), Alan Tudyk (Alistair Krei), Maya Rudolph (Aunt Cass), David Shaughnessy (butler Heathcliff) and Stan Lee (Freds' father). Khary Payton (Wasabi) en Brooks Wheelan (Fred) replace the original voice actors of the movie.

New characters : Jennifer Lewis (professor Granville), Andrew Scott (bad guy Obake), Andy Richter (Globby), Sean Giambrone (Richardson Mole), John Ross Bowie (Mei), Diedrich Bader (Bluff Dunder), Susan Sullivan (Freds' mom) and Haley Tju (Karmi).

What's with Disney opting to do these shows with terrible cheap-looking animation instead of proper sequels? It's way too disparate. I'll be skipping it, just like Tangled and Ducktales and any other show they do with this style.

Quite the opposite, imo. I don't think this is cheap-looking at all. And I'm kinda glad they do these animated shows for the kids instead. I don't want sequels for most of their movies. Also, Tangled, Ducktales and Big Hero 6 don't have the same style at all.
