Channel Unavailable: HD DVR Woes - Blu-ray Forum

So, over the last few days I have had a problem with my HD DVR. I'm on Brighthouse Cable, down in Orlando, and with Prison Break, The Office, and now the new Chris Rock HBO special, the HD DVR will not record a show. When I go back into the menu to see why it wouldn't record, it says "Channel unavailable (1 (or) 2).
At first I was just upset, but now this is getting really annoying. Has anyone ever heard of this happening or have any idea WHY it would be happening? I plan on calling Brighthouse tomorrow, but wanted to see what everyone thought first.

PS: nothing else was recording when these shows were on, so that is not the problem.
