They bought the Arrow and sent off for the replacement discs already, plus SC are not normally the best

I thought the Germans wanted their German subtitles (and audio track, if they are picky).

Best of both worlds would be to have Arrow include German subtitles & audio I guess. Then they'd get the Arrow video quality and localization too.
