So weird that this, like Bones and All, only get's a Blu-ray HMW exclusive release.

It's better than nothing though! In fact this time, Challengers was initially announced as DVD-only, which I was very disappointed about.

In fact with a 20% off code, this would bring this down to just over a tenner, so I might actually pre-order this (if only to encourage Warner Bros to keep producing UK Blu-ray editions, and not veer towards DVD-only). Bones & All is one I wasn't as fond of, so waited for it to fall in price (to £7 or thereabouts).

This, however, might be one of my favourite Guadagnino films to date - second only to Call Me By Your Name, and roughly on a par with Suspiria.

Watched this last night and really enjoyed it.

The tone shift of Guadagnino's films is incredibly different and he seems to have a great relationship with Amazon/MGM and with them picking up the bills hopefully we'll get even more interesting films.

Bit of a shame this is a HMV exclusive kind of kills it at birth (like Bones and All).

Still, £12.99 before discount is great.

Pointless slipcover although it protected the disc & cover as it has a nasty eco case.

Got mine a few days ago. Wouldn’t usually preorder a new film but since it’s a retailer exclusive and those have a habit of suddenly becoming unavailable, I didn’t want to take my chances this time. Great film, real shame it’s barebones but maybe Criterion or Arrow or someone might upgrade it to UHD one day.
