And someone who hasn't seen it wouldn't know that, nor know any context of what they're even looking at. Unless they're thinking of the cover the whole time while watching it, it's not going to affect anything. Even if they did that, it still doesn't spoil anything.

Just like watching a trailer for batman Vs superman when wonder woman shows up, it's towards the end... So that bit you are expecting to happen.
