Default Does anyone else use Netflix's DVD rental service?

I've been using it since around 2007 or so. The selection is really good and almost all of the discs have no issues with skipping. The only issue I have is that sometimes the DVD is formatted for 4:3 displays (non-anamorphic) and Ive had to zoom in, resulting in a blurrier picture but 90% of the DVDs are anamorphic. Ive rented the Blu Rays as well but if Im just renting I always go with DVD to save money.

I've been a subscriber since January 2005. It's been my main way for renting movies ever since. In all that time I've only ever had skipping/freezing issues with two discs, years apart, and a third disc that never even arrived, only part of the envelope. I try to always make sure something is Anamorphic before I rent it (watching them from my PS3 via HDMI, my TV's zoom options are disabled) but sometimes things aren't marked correctly. It's not an issue I encounter too often, though.

I originally started with a 3-at-a-time plan but years ago I switched to just 1-at-a-time, and I've also since added the option to rent Blu-rays in addition to DVD. In the last year I've started occasionally renting movies via Google Play and streaming them but Netflix is still my go-to rental service.

I've used the disc service for years--currently using the two-disc at a time plan. There're just too many films I want to see what can't be streamed.
