Seen the trailer everytime I saw Greatest Showman, which has been 4 times.

I don't think something like this really needs a 4K, unless it was shot at a 4K resolution (which I doubt) it wouldn't really benefit from it.

Anything shot nowadays will benefit and should demand to be on 4K.

Not every mainstream release actually benefits from 4K. Girl on the Train, It, Coco, Accountant, and Sing really did not benefit that much from UHD.

Lol, 'IT' and 'Coco' both look very good in UHD--and are a noticeable improvement over their BD counterparts.

I was somewhat surprised to find out this will receive a 4K release, but pleasantly so. Not seeing it in the theater, but will pick up the UHD for sure.

Very happy that this is getting a 4K release. Saw it over the weekend and loved it. Such a beautiful and important film.

Whatever improvements there were on the disc are so subtle they're barely noticeable.

It’s arguably the first major studio film to follow the coming-out process of a gay, teenage character. Sure, there are plenty of gay characters and gay-themed shows and movies, but too many of them play into overused stereotypes. And in my opinion, none chronicle the coming out process in such a genuine, loving, and charming way. I think Love, Simon will finally give closeted gay kids a character to relate to and a movie to inspire them. As I said in another thread, I can only wonder how my life would be different had this movie been released when I was in high school.

Considering Target's edition of "IT" came with a lenticular slip AND postcards, I wonder if their "Love, Simon" exclusive will feature a lenticular slip (maybe of the ferris wheel?!) and come with replicas of Simon and Blue's emails? Lmao c'mon y'all know that is totally FOX' style. Either way, totally grabbing this on bluray and going to see it again tomorrow!

Saw it for the second time last night and loved it even more! Was glad to see so many people at my showing, especially on a weeknight.

I’m definitely curious to see what the Target exclusive looks like. Love the idea of a book of Simon/Blue emails. Too bad it won’t include the 4K disc... I might have to double dip.
