Transformers Last Knight 4K Paramount Code

Hi folks. I am looking for help/advice if anyone else has experienced this issue with the above movie or any paramount title. I purchased the steel book, and redeemed via the directions on the insert which directed me to paramountmovies.com. generally I would just go right to Vudu but I have heard 4k redemption is tricky and did not want to risk messing it up. Anyhow I apparently did mess it up as the title shows in my paramountmovies account and can be watched with some crappy browser plugin, but does not show in my UV locker, or Vudu account. Here is what I have tried with no success.
Email support on website directly
unlink/re-link paramount from my UV account
unlink/re-link UV account from my Vudu account
enter the code directly on Vudu(there is a problem with the code message)
I really would like to be able to have this in my UV library and watch on Vudu. Anyone out there got any tips ,help , or had a similar issues. thanks in advance.
