Need help adding images of actors to their actor page - Blu-ray Forum

Hi im trying to add images for actors but keep getting a

"Bad aspect ratio (1.3353413654618), please upload images with an aspect ratio in- or close to 1:1.5. Thank you!"

message, these images are absolutely huge but it still isn't working. Help? thanks

Has this been answered, if it has I shall add my two cents anyway, to add to my post count.

From my time here it can be multiple things i.e post count, what the links end in, for you it might be the size of your image.

The picture has to be the same shape as the one I've included here.
