Me too. It does it randomly and there is nothing you can do about it, until it fixes itself. If you view your library on the TV app on the Apple TV menu, instead of the iTunes Movies app (under purchases), they are always listed alphabetically. It must be a software bug with the latest update, because it’s only started doing this to me. If you’re OCD like me, it’s really annoying. [emoji38] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This bug has been a problem before MA started. I noticed it while beta testing tvOS 11 this summer. It has been present in every version I have tested so far. Hopefully Apple will fix it soon. Like others have noted just double click the home button and swipe to close the iTunes Movie app or reboot the device to fix the problem.

It has happened a few times.
Nines to close and reopen the app though- scrolling the list of genres or swiping back to the Store and back again to Purchases fixes it. I wish Apple would allow us to customise the Purchased section though. I like to be able to create Playlists for to organise a series of movies into the correct viewing order or for the system to do it itself when more than one movie in a franchise is added. Alternate cover art would be nice too. |
