Do you still get the extras if you buy the films separately? The bundle (which lists the extras) is £49.99

Yes, that seems to be the case. All the bonus features appeared in my video library after buying the original trilogy films individually.

anywhere, if i bought a digital movie on amazon U.K., and i have Movies Anywhere in US, will it port to UV OR ITUNES?

Nope. Amazon keep the videos separate per country.

My movies on amazon UK will not show up on Amazon in the US and the same in reverse.

They have to regionalise the store purchases for obvious legal reasons.
