OAB line it means global shared run steelbook, not an exclusive. Same artwork everywhere else.

If it is only 300 copies for everyone around the world, not just the group buy, how can we even have a group buy with VIPs included? Not to mention everyone overseas. Not sure about this...but I would like to get one if I can

It means same artwork for the world. Blufans' run is 300.

They were able to do it easily for OABs in the past without issue (those were also 300 runs), and there aren't that many VIPs, it just seems like it. I'm guessing BF doesn't need too many copies for their domestic orders, it's mostly the rest of the world that gobbles these up.
