brawl in cell block 99 comes to mind, it didn't have hdr either but it turned out to be a good disc... the plot doesn't seem bad but I will wait for reviews and probably watch it online before I decide to buy it

John Cusack has had a great career, particularly for someone who was never really an A lister. He still has bills to pay like the rest of us though. I bet it's easy to bag a few movies like this with his name.
