How is their customer service? Anyone have experience contacting them re issues?

I searched and could not find a thread dedicated to SAE.

So far I am unimpressed with their customer service. I bought 3 of their titles and one case was damaged. I emailed them 2 days ago and have yet to receive any response.

I’ve called them regarding some damaged Twilight Time cases from their November releases. Apparently, the shrink wrap used by TT that month caused the clear plastic cover on the Blu-ray cases to wrinkle. They said they would send me replacements with my next order. Sounded good to me!

I'll telephone them Monday if they still have not replied to my email.

My case had a big chunk that cracked & fell out.2" long!
