Has there been a Deadpool exclusives announcement besides SteelBook

I figured since we've been able to pre-order the BBY SteelBook, there would other announcements like Walmart and Target. I'm probably missing something, but I can't find anything by searching this forum.

Just because there is a steelbook release, doesn't necessary mean that there will be additional exclusives by other retailers, although there is a good chance that it will. Considering that this releases on May 10th, we should start seeing more news for possible additional exclusives, but I haven't seen anything yet either.

Oh, I understand the availability of other retailer exclusives doesn't hinge on the SteelBook release, but just figured by now we would be seeing Walmart, Target, and maybe even Amazon exclusives announced. This is a title on which I expect to quadruple dip. Maybe I was just jumping the gun.

I totally agree with you! Considering how well this movie performed at the box office for a rated R film, you'd think there would be more exclusives. And yet, titles like Fantastic Four gets better treatment regarding exclusive release

That's my bet. Back at the end of January people were asking about a PG-13 cut of the movie for the kids, and they basically said no, but there would be an even filthier cut of the movie making its way to home video. TJ Miller said "But yeah, so the idea that when you see the fall director’s cut of it, that that’s going to be even more raw, that’s pretty heavy duty.” So in the Fall maybe? I'll no doubt be double dipping...unless I can make myself wait until fall...which I probably could since I saw it 4 times in the theater. Knowing my luck though, i'd wait until Fall and they'd only release the movie with the directors cut and not the theatrical cut. I loved the theatrical cut, so I would like to have them both in the same package.

That target exclusive isn't worth the nightmares that I went through with the star wars pre-order. Especially considering all the post cards ever do is stay in my cases. Ill just stick to the best buy release.

On the other hand if they actually bothered to release a VHS and laserdisc I would buy both of those

I'm going with the Target exclusive for the Red Case alone. This should be readily available at Targets everywhere w/out any issues.

Sadly, I don't think it takes the cake from "X-Men 1.5" as the silliest double-dip name I've seen from this franchise.

Does Deadpool officially hold the record of most re-released title on BD yet? Considering the amount of versions that have been released in less than 2 years, this has to be the record holder
