Opening statement:

MS-TOSH: I know there is a lot of interest here on the situation and the decision last night, but as I stated, it's over and we're moving on. Right now, all of our energy and focus and attention is on Downloads. That's where we're at.

Q: Can you explain how you misinterpreted WB's intentions?

MS-TOSH: It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. We're moving on. The decision has been made. We're moving on.

Q: Now that you are moving on... can you finally admit that you paid off Paramount and Dreamworks?

MS-TOSH: It doesn't really make any difference. Right now, everything that has happened is in the past.

Q: Common... We want the truth! Did you or did you not payoff Paramount and Dreamworks in vain?

MS-TOSH: You want the truth? You want the truth? You can't handle the truth! [skipping] [skipping] [skipping] --> You're DAMN RIGHT WE DID! And we would do it all over again!

Q: Do you want to address HD DVD fans?

MS-TOSH: We're moving on to Downloads. That's what we're addressing. All our energy is on Downloads.

Q: Moving on to Downloads, is there something that you will be doing different than you did with HD DVD?

MS-TOSH: No... We will still give you The Look and Sound of Perfect

Q: How are you going to do that when the infrastructure that would allow for "The Look and Sound of Perfect" is 20 years away?

MS-TOSH: We will give you The Look and Sound of Perfect

Q: Common... don't lie...

MS-TOSH: Off the record right? Ok... Ok... It will be called The Look and Sound of Perfect but it will be expensive low bitrate ultra compressed 720P video files with lossy sound. The files will be loaded with DRM that corrupts the downloaded files and renders them useless in 30 days so customers have to buy them over and over and over again

Q: Back to WB: How could you let them slip through your fingers?

MS-TOSH: Mistakes were made

Q: Can you elaborate?

MS-TOSH: It doesn't matter. We're moving on.

Q: But?

MS-TOSH: Are there any questions about Downloads?

Q: Warner said they were acting in the best interest of...

MS-TOSH: Do you want to talk about Downloads or not?
