HP Express Card (TV Tuner)

One of my old laptops (HP DV5-1009tx) has a TV tuner built into it (DVB-T). It worked pretty well, and was my primary TV in my student years (when in a location that had a DVB-T signal).

I lost the remote a long time ago, and found it to be cheaper to buy a whole complete HP tuner set (HP Express Card) from the states just to get the remote..

anyway, I was wondering because the actual Express Card is no use to me on that particular laptop, if I there is an adapter of sort, to use this Express Card on my current Laptop, because it doesn't have an express card slot..
