Surprised there isn't a thread about this already as it was discovered about 24 hours ago.

If you pre-order the UHD version on Vudu, it ports to iTunes where it will play.

If I were you, I'd download it before they realize what has happened.

I forget if you preorder a movie on vudu does it charge you immediately

Also ps this does not work anymore at least not on mobile

You can't purchase anything on Vudu via mobile.

Nope the glitch was unfortunately fixed I tried it myself and got the same results as you.

From my experience, only under certain circumstances, like if the preorder has a free movie ticket deal or a special bundle.

My Coco pre-order was processed an hour after preordering it yesterday.

Nope. It's a preorder so I don't know why it would charge my card. I've used the same card on Vudu before.

You have a Movies Anywhere account and linked Vudu and iTunes?

It populates in iTunes where its playable now not Vudu.

Vudu states that they will charge card immediately for this preorder as it include exclusive bonus feature that you can watch now, because of this it is moved form my preorders page to main movies page which then triggers MA transfer to app which in turn allows you to watch it...

It has happened to me for a few other titles, but never this early. I pre-ordered Blade Runner 2049 at Vudu last month and was able to watch it at iTunes almost a full day before its official digital release date.

This may no longer work. I pre-ordered it, got charged, saw the movie transfer to Movies Anywhere ~20 minutes ago, but am not able to play it in iTunes.
