Well, it came up on the HMV Facebook page.
I used the link they provided.

It's a 2D blu-ray/DVD set.

It's the first film.
Unfortunately I wasnt able to post a picture as Im limited to doing all my web browsing through my iPhone, and it wouldn't let me just view the images themselves.

As for the country of origin, it's UK.

As for your snarky edit, that really wasn't needed.

The weblink I posted is as HMV had it.

I highlighted and copied it directly from them.

Looks like something's wrong with the way Blu-ray.com directs us to the website..

It seems to substract the ) bracket from the web link. ... Weird.
