Default Amazon Duplicate Titles

I have a ridiculous amount of what appears to be duplicates in my Amazon video account and since it appears that you can only 'delete' and not 'hide' purchases I'd like to confirm that they are indeed duplicates before deleting so a couple of questions for Amazon/NA users.
  • Is there a way to tell what definition [SD/HD/UHD] a movie is without playing it?
  • If I delete a duplicate entry in Amazon will it effect my MA library?

Thanks!

Don't delete titles in Amazon, it will affect your Movies Anywhere account. And no, for some dumb reason, you can't tell the quality until you play it.

Yes, especially the UHD ones.

I have some duplicate Sony titles because of UHD.

The SD/HD titles don't mention resolution, though it's easy to find out (SD titles give you an option to purchase on the website, HD ones don't).

On the iOS app (for instance), the app will list the title as "Insert title here [Ultra HD]"

Thanks for the feedback.

Amazon needs to offer a way to 'hide' as well as delete apparently.

Going to check out the Amazon iOS app as well.

Not overly concerned with Amazon except those rare times when I may make a MA purchase and need it to port out. ...still it bugs me that my library seems to be a mess :P

I think with Amazon, the delete is actually a hide. I believe you have the ability to restore them unless you then mark them as 'Delete permanently'.
If you look at 'Other' on the right hand side of the screen, you can see your Deleted items where it gives you the option to restore or permanently delete.
