Default Hell's Kitchen: Season 14 (2015)

This will be the first time any season of this show has seen a Blu-ray release. I'm actually catching up on some of the older seasons now, having just bought the seasons 1-10 DVD collection recently. Uncensored is the only way to watch Gordon chew out incompetent chefs.

I believe they tried one season a few years ago but they pulled it. I would buy this. I hope it doesn't get canned.

I hope the discs are pressed, and the audio is lossless. I don't watch the show, but if it's been done properly, I'll buy this release. The UK or US editions of Kitchen Nightmares are vastly superior, though.

I've never seen one of these shows uncut.

By far, the best way to watch them

I'm actually watching Season 11 (uncensored) right now. In my opinion, Season 5 is the absolute best of this show! Funny as all hell. It really had a great cast that season.

I'll be finishing season four soon, and it has been my least favorite so far. No real standout talents. Virginia from season 2 has been one of my favorite people to watch so far.

I don't know how Ramsey hasn't been stabbed in the face yet.

As for a cooking show, it completely fails at teaching the viewer anything about making the dishes.

As for reality entertainment, angry Brit bashing American contestants is only funny for about the first 100 minutes.

I'm hesitant about preordering this. Amazon is listing it as a DVD. Is this typical? I've never notice it before.

Yeah I was going preorder it as well but I'll wait and see if it's really bluray.

It is definitely Blu-ray. I contacted VEI about an unrelated matter (whether this would be sold in stores or just online) and they confirmed a Blu-ray release in their reply.

Ordering it from Amazon has a 1-3 week wait.

Yeah, even Best Buy is showing it as "backordered." Not very encouraging. That Amazon price is a little much though.

My BD-R-sense is tingling big time, now. Small-time distributor, surprise release, TV release, reality TV release, multi-disc reality TV release, and now, item is delayed at release date.

Trust me, you'll love season 5!

The absolute worse season for me was, by and far, season 10. Didn't like a SINGLE person that entire season!

I asked VEI what the deal was; they now say that the BD version will be on sale in April. I also contacted Amazon, simply to ask why the 1 to 3 week delay, and they were overly apologetic, giving me a $10 gift card, plus 40% off the item with free one day shipping when they do get it in stock. Very unexpected. But I'll take it. lol

Season 4 was one of the first seasons I ever watched with my mom, and the only one I have watched in its entirety. Hands down my favorite winner.

Well, that was kind of a wonky release, but it's finally out.

Edit: Wow, they squeezed all 16 episodes onto one disc. The DVD got 3 discs. Good thing I got this hella cheap.
