Pretty decent movie. Watched it a year or two ago on Netflix and liked it. There are still a whole lot of urban dramas from that era not on blu.

Picked up the dvd last year when I going through my "need to see every Tupac acting role" phase, and while it was O.K., it's probably my least favorite and the dvd will suit me fine.

Speaking of Tupac, Above the Rim is another movie that needs a Blu-ray release.

Yeah, that one would be worth the upgrade IMO. Even though it was cheesy as all ****, Tupac was chillingly good in it. I also want Bullet and Gridlock'd, all 3 of those are instant day 1 ups!

Gridlock’d is so good. I would pick that up day 1.

Went ahead and got this film for $2 on Vudu in hdx but if it goes on sale cheap at BB I'll probably grab the blu. Pretty much anything with Tupac I'll give a watch for the nostalgia.
