Finding Nemo

I just went through my list of titles in my transaction history and saw that Finding Nemo is there as SD. I have absolutely no idea how I redeemed it or first got it. I just know that it's HDX on Vudu.

However, when I contacted MA, they told me that it's SD-only in their library.

This is the exact email I received:

I can see Finding Nemo in your account from APPLE not VUDU, As well I looked into our systems library to check out the EIDR and which copy file of this movie we have on Movies Anywhere , and the copy in our systems library is for SD. This could be why you are experiencing this issue!

If you purchased it in HD 1080 or another format, and it is transferring into our system as a different format, there is nothing we can do about it as of right now. Unless our system updates and we receive a higher quality for Finding Nemo in our system. Then it will automatically replace the quality in your account by updating it as well!

Is this true?!? Does no one here have Finding Nemo in HD on MA?!?
