I saw it in a theatre here in Sweden that uses active glasses, I thought the 3D was awesome. The scenery just suits 3D well with the big caves and all, a must have for me definately! The movie itself was ok, pretty much the same as all "guess who survives" movies, but still ok.

I got this from my friend who works for Panasonic in the USA. Often he gets movies fast to test on their sets and then he sends them over to me so I may review them on my website.
I posted a review of this on my site, however since i'm not allowed to post that. I'll just say it was a great movie, sometimes kinda weird but it kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what shall happen next. The 3D was pretty good at times, nothing to say WOW about though in my opinion. I didn't notice any ghosting during the whole movie. Some open cave scenes had amazing depth which was pretty cool. All in all, it is worth watching but I enjoyed Gullivers Travels more (yes I know poor Gulliver got some bad reviews, but I liked it) ![]() |

Picked this up for $19.99 at Best Buy ($24.99 - $5 coupon that is around online).
Depending on your preferences you may want to avoid Best Buy's exclusive of this title as the 2d Bluray in the set is a Blu/DVD flipper disc from what the box said. |
