Vudu to Go problems - Blu-ray Forum

I've been having a lot of problems with the Vudu to Go app on my laptop, wondering if anyone else had these problems.

1) Often when I try to view the video in full screen the app does switch to full screen, except the video drops out to a black screen. The audio still runs fine and the pause/settings bar still works buts there's no picture. Sometimes closing the app completely and restarting fixes this, but then sometimes there's new problems (continued in 2)

2) Audio syncing problems. The other day I was trying to watch Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and having the issue listed above of no picture. I closed the app, restarted it, and then resumed the movie. Now the picture worked in full screen, but the audio was off by a couple seconds. I closed and restarted a couple more times and the audio was still off. I've noticed this before with other videos on the app. Seems unless you start something from the beginning there will be an audio problem.

3) HD download problems. Now I haven't tried this out recently, but back when I first got the app I tried to download things in HDX. Whenever I tried to play them back however, the audio and sometimes video got all jittery, almost like you would expect on a streaming service. These are downloads though, so they shouldn't have this problem?
