Welcome to the forum!

Congrats on your Panny purchase. I'm sure Kevin will chime in soon with his picks for the creme of the crop.

While I haven't seen these yet, they're supposed to be among the best:

The Great Raid
Tears Of The Sun
Training Day

Personally I would not recommend Click for image quality. It is good but not reference IMHO...

That's not good. Sony's first BD50 release and it's not reference? Yikes. I hope the other upcoming BD50s will be.

screw Click. What was Sony thinking?

Kingdom of Heaven baby or Black Hawk Down. They'll be worth the wait.

I haven't seen Into the Blue since it came out. Being a diehard scuba diver and loving Jessica Alba, I have just ordered that to watch as my first Blu-ray movie.

Now to pick a few more to fill up my queue . . . Keep the titles coming and thanks a million.

I think it was first only because it was day and date.

It is as good as it can be IMHO - it will never be better than the source was.

Like Phloyd said day and date and it was a big surprise announcement, I like the movie but alot don't. the music reminded me of the 80's hearing the cars and others .

Screw you man! Kate Beckinsale is in Click! That disc should've been better than reference!

I can't wait to see Black Hawk Down!

Thanks, I have been waiting for Blu-ray for a long time. I saw my first Blu player in March of 2005. It was a Sony unit flown in from Japan to demo the Qualia 006. The menues were in Japanese. I purchased the 006, but they wouldn't let me have the Blu-ray player
