Hope that date is correct.
I remember fast and furious 6 came to theaters in May 2013 and wasn't out on blu in the us until December of 2013

I saw this last night and thought it was a blast. The send off to Paul was fantastic too. If you like the other movies you'll like this too.

One thing that annoys me is i keep seeing on places like the IGN comments and IMDB comments how terrible these movies are. I never understand that justification. The movies never set out to win awards of any sort. They have the goal of high octane stunts with cars and some good fights which they succeed at imo. To me a bad/terrible movie is something that doesn't come close to what it was setting out to be. These movies hit the marks they set out for.

Wow tons of hate for Black. I actually like him and am happy he'll be in the next movies. I like him in NCIS New Orleans too.

Easily my favorite too. It gets so much hate and i don't know why. I really dig the Tokyo backdrop for the movie.

Black has a laid back charisma and Han is the coolest in the gang by far.
Plus Neela is rather nice to look at.
Oh and it woke the world up to Justin Lin

I have a fascination with Tokyo/Japan so that helps with my liking of Drift.

Tokyo Drift ranks somewhere in the middle for me in the series. And I actually was okay with Lucas Black. Since he won't be the lead character this time in future films, I'm more than willing to see him return and join up with the Avengers of the F&F team.

Not sure how accurate this is but I got an email from Best Buy saying the release date of my preorder (for the Furious Seven steel) had been changed to Spetember First.
