I seem to remember another "what movie would you watch on doomsday" thread where a bunch of people just said "I won't watch movies, I'd rather be with loved ones" or something like that. Yeah, noble, but come on, that's no fun.
![]() If we're going with the Mayan doomsday thing, Apocalypto should be a must-see. ![]() As for me, it would be a really tough call between my holy quadrinity of top favorites (Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Matrix, The Dark Knight), or a bunch of films I consider "the best" (probably things like The Passion, Lawrence of Arabia, Children of Men, etc). Somewhere, I'd have to squeeze in Baraka and Koyaanisqatsi. Both of those would be must-sees; it'd be like my final glimpse of all of mankind and its wonders before the end comes. |
