The removable plastic door that covers the stand mount is different between models but the stand necks appear identical otherwise, and there are the premium stands (gravity, artboard) that are--according to Samsung's site--compatible between models. Or at least they don't claim they're incompatible. I'd like to know for sure because I'm eying a 2018 55" Q7C as an upgrade to my computer setup, and the alternative (and sharper and nicer) stand from the 2017 UK region Q7C can be found on eBay.
