Question TV Upgrade holding pattern

Just wanted to get a feel of how many of you die hard 3D watcher/lover's like me are staying with their current Tv's for the forseeable future? I could easily upgrade to 4K if I wanted, but have decided to stick it out with my trusty old 80" Sharp I purchased back in 2013.

I love new technology, and recently upgraded my Onkyo 809 to a new Denon for Dolby Atmos, but I think I will hold off on 4K or 8K for that matter for at least another few years.

Seeing as most TV content is pretty much 1080, and Blu rays to me look fine at 1080P, I see no reason to upgrade and losing that 3D experience bugs me too much to let go. I am also more addicted now then ever at trying to get a hold of 3D blu-rays when I can find them for new releases. Any of you guys feel the same?
