Default Disney+ presentation of Macross Plus is NOT GOOD.
Just got through episode 2 of Macross Plus. Great animation, great video quality. The problem is that the subtitles suck. The only option D+ and Hulu offer is Closed Captioning and it isn't even in sync with the dialogue. It's almost unwatchable for me. Episodes 1 and 2 have this problem on D+ and Hulu. I should just go to ebay and buy a DvD copy. Was excited for this, too. I guess Macross isn't important enough to get proper subtitles.
