Halloween (1978) on region B/All with correct color timing?

I would really appreciate some help finding a HD edition of this great classic that has the original color timing. It's really hard for me since there are sooo many editions out there. I don't need extras since I'm happy with the Anchor Bay THX dvd that I own - I just want good picture quality.

I've only managed to find an expensive UK OOP Steelbok and the box with all the movies (which I don't want) that match my criteria so far. Thanks in advance!!!

Also, there is one 3rd party seller offering a used steel at £20.00. No idea if any of those would ship to your location, though.

FYI even the ones you mention are different color timing than the Anchor Bay THX DVD. "Correct" color timing is tough to define given all the different DP approved color timings of this film.

I understand what you mean, what I implicitly meant was that the color timing *closest* to the original and *least similar* to the divimax one. Maybe I should have been clearer. I guess I’ll have to stick to the edition we’re not allowed to mention until another one is released.

Since I got a lead on the UK 35th anniversary edition: is the mono track on there the original one without added effects?
