Digital Copies Disappearing? - Blu-ray Forum

So I wanted to watch Creed today after watching the trailer for the new movie, but when I went into my Movies Anywhere account it wasn't there, so I checked my Vudu account and it wasn't there either. Do digital copies just disappear?

Creed on digital/UV is MGM so it would not appear on MA. I just checked VUDU and it's still in my account. Are you certain?

Yep, it's gone. Reorganized from A-Z and it's not there

I checked the same way, sorted A-Z, and Creed is there, no problem. Check your UV locker, make sure it's still there. If so, and still not appearing in Vudu, you should contact Vudu to ask why it's not appearing there.

You can also check back through your purchase history (under balance & history), you might have to scroll through, but there should be an entry for Creed there, whether you bought it directly from Vudu, or entered a code from a BD.

No problems here either. I'm assuming you don't keep your UV/Vudu collection updated since you don't have it listed as owned. As mentioned it's not MA.
