This might or might not be useful for people who own the Amazon Echo.
I just found out that there are a number of skills that allow you to convert from one currency to another. I'm using the XE skill, as I am familiar with the site. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0748MRQDW Once enabled, you can basically say, "Alexa, ask XE how much is 22 American dollars in New Zealand dollars?" and she tells you. You just substitute your own country(s), of course. I used to have a little extension for Chrome that someone made which converted the amount you typed in, but it doesn't work any more as it relied on Yahoo Finance's API which apparently is not available any more. |
