The Veil (Phil Joanou) -- Germany exclusive?

You probably don't know of Phil Joanou's The Veil (2016), which is an independent horror film starring Jessica Alba and Thomas Jane. Earlier this month, Universal released it on DVD in the UK, but perhaps more surprisingly, that's also what happened in the US, which got a DVD-only release from Universal in the USA back in February. But Universal in Germany is claiming that they have a Blu-ray coming on 21 April, and guess what? It looks like they do:

Now, maybe this film is a massive turd, but you have to respect a regional division of a multinational company, who is willing to buck a DVD-only trend, and provide a proper HD release for a new release movie.

As to why the film is not currently available on Amazon.de (and has not been for some time), the same can also currently be said of the fifth season of Hawaii Five-0, which was available, then, was not, and has just been confirmed to exist by forum member Cap. T, 'so I cannot answer why these two USHE Germany releases are not currently available to order.

When it appears, I will probably get it.
