Why isn’t The ‘Burbs available for purchase? Does anyone know when it will be available?

Looks like Shout Factory has licensed that film, at least for Blu-ray release... Maybe removing it from sale was part of that deal...

Anyone know if it's ever been available for purchase? Maybe it's always been a rent only for some reason. (You can only rent it on Vudu too...)

It’s available to buy in the UK store but it’s a Universal Pictures release.
Another ive noticed that’s available in the UK but not the US is Dark Angel(known as ‘I Come In Peace’ in the US)
Funny thing with that is the actual movie title in the opening credits comes up as I Come In Peace rather than Dark Angel.

The burbs is available to watch for free with Amazon prime right now. No purchase though.

I don't have Amazon Prime right now, but maybe I can get my sister to let me use her account so that I can at least watch it for now...
