![]() ![]() ![]() Adventureland I got from British Heart Foundation for like 50p (Surprising as they normally charge £1.99 for Blu Ray copies) As for expensive, this I needed as I adore Isle of Dogs and had the figurines included that aren't selling in the UK. But this was a $99.99 purchase through Amazon.com. (If this bends the rule of outside UK purchase, I'll amend it) |

Cheapest blu-ray I have...would probably be various titles at £2. I bought a rare Drive steelbook for £3 once tho...
Most expensive blu-ray would probably be Dead Man's Shoes which I paid £20 for because I was told it was deleted and extremely rare (only to find it for £6 in Fopp a year or two later ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Cheapest:
no idea, sorry. Most expensive: Middle Earth Ultimate Collector's Edition, imported from Germany ![]() I don't know for sure, but must have been around 170-180 EUR (and that was even relatively cheap). https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Mitte...lu-ray/162846/ Oh wait, no box sets. Well, then it's one of my One-Clicks from South Korea I guess. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm so sad that I didn't get this one. Was limited to just a few, maybe 1000 or 1500 or so. Sold out quite fast. Amz even dropped the price at the end and I didn't grab it ![]() Let's include DVDs too. I got this one: ![]() https://www.blu-ray.com/dvd/Ghost-in...nce-DVD/39077/ They don't make LEs like they used to be. Yes, two hard cover books are included. I thought they made tons of them and thought it would drop further. And then it was sold out and the prices went to insane levels. Right now I think I could import the Japanese box set instead (and that's basically the same, but all the BDs are region free) for around the same price as the UK one. At least I own all the zavvi Ghibli steelbooks and I imported the German ones too (they are not the same, and the German ones contain a special coin each). Really lovely set. It's a shame that they didn't produce way more. Quote:
I think I remember people saying that the UK releases are the better ones, but I'm not sure. I think it were especially dub-titles or something like that. |

The US releases are better due to better PQ. Studio Canal added slight DNR to the UK discs, whereas Disney didn't. Of course, the JP discs are far better.
