Default If Toshiba really had/has the consumer's best interest in mind...

...they'd cut their losses and join the BDA now. That's the only way HDM is going to be adopted on a mass scale.

This post was originally much longer, but I've decided those two sentences pretty much sum up the position they're in, if they want to keep claiming their first priority is doing what's right for the consumer.

THey were supposed to have joined the BDA over a year ago but MSFT stopped them and convinced them to continue with this stupid battle.
