Default Philips Blu-ray player at the wally world.. $898

yeah so today I go into work and in the back room there were 3 large philips boxes on this pallet dated the 18th and sure as shit they were the Blu-ray players so I scaned them and $898 or 99 cant remember.... tempted to buy one but gonna wait til they clearance them out haha (no pun just things over $500 dont sell well at my wm)

with all the hooplah around the sony, panny & pioneer the philips may just slip under the radar and become a hidden treasure...we'll see.

I don't think many people expect a philips product to be much better than Samsung, but who knows. Bottom line: options are good!
