What's the most disturbing film(s) you've ever seen?

It probably gets asked around here quite often, but here is my list nonetheless (in order).



Easily the most disturbing, bleak, repulsive set of "films" i've ever seen. They're basically just a series of extended gore/splatter scenes. In fact, the makers of the films have been under a lot of legal scrutiny, due to how realistic the violence is.



It's not the goriest movie ever, so it's the theme and tone that disturbs the most. One scene that sticks to mind is the deformed baby being shot then roasted in an oven. Yeah.



Disturbing and bleak as all hell. The fire extinguisher to the skull scene still haunts me.



Another movie that isn't exactly gory, but has a disturbing theme. (Spoilers) The main character rapes and murders his mentally challenged daughter.

Notable mentions: Siberian film, Salo, & Toxic Avenger (funny for sure, yet really disturbing death scenes).
