1) If I were to buy a blu purely for the digital code in the bundle would I then have to legally keep the physical copy?
I mean, I know no one is going to come to my house to check. LOL. I’m just curious if this is technically allowed. Because it seems very odd in principle. If I buy a dvd blu ray and digital together am I not free to do with each as I wish? Discard one, give away another, keep the third? I mean, if you can buy digital on its own anyway why couldn’t I sell the blu it came with? Or if I keep the blu and digital but sell the dvd on eBay? Is that a violation of conditions? 2) Conversely, if I only want the disc can I give the digital copy to a friend? Without any transaction of money wouldn’t this be perfectly legal as well? Thanks ahead for answering |
