Post Dolby Vision Discs - General Discussion

I figured there needs to be a general discussion thread for DV discs, because the list of DV discs is being inundated with general discussion posts.

Which Dolby Vision disc has the very best picture quality overall, so far? What are your top favorite Dolby Vision discs for PQ?

Gladly it's starting to get to the point that the lists will be long as to which ones give best value! Hopefully in another year there will be 100+ DV discs on the offering. But all I know is that The Last Jedi sucks for DV capability... and HDR in general. But that the DV grade makes near zero difference?

And that annoys me because I defend Steve Yedlin about his stance on upscaling algorithms meaning more than pixel count in pipelines for distribution to formats like UHD blu-ray... but yet he apparently (by design) wants his Star Wars entry to be very understated in the peak hilights and dynamic range department.
