Hopefully this will include the blooper reel that (AFAIK) only ever appeared on the initial VHS release.

Unlikely. It's probably a port of the US disc, which had a few extras, but not the blooper reel.

Just watched this, it's a typically junky old Universal transfer with obvious sharpening, lots of dirt etc. Haven't seen the movie in years, it's not a classic but I got some laughs from it all the same.

You what the really funny thing is though? When the movie finished there was still about 8 minutes of running time left so I fast-forwarded thru the credits and there was a stinger with the two announcers which I'd completely forgotten about....and yet there was still a good two or three minutes left on the running time. So I FFW'ed some more and the movie seemed to start again, showing the Universal logo in the title scene but with no titles, then it had the clips of the stadia but with no names attached, and following that were all the bits from the opening party scene that original had credits laid over them, only without the credits.

101 have only gone and left the 'clean' parts of the master (provided so that localised language titles/credits can be generated and laid over the top) tagged onto the end of the film

I think someone mentioned 101’s Into the Night started replaying the film after the credits ended in the thread for it, so it’s very possibly the same situation.

One assumes that this practice is fairly commonplace, that the masters have the textless scenes tagged onto them should the distributors wish to create their own localised titles, but it speaks volumes for the QC at 101 that no-one noticed.

I think it might just be 1 person that primarily runs it, but I might be wrong.

Sure, but even if this had been an actual Universal release they'd probably have junked the extras anyway, they did that for a load of Euro discs.
