Please note about the international cut: Cannon cut the original camera negative to match the theatrical version of the film. Any trims from the original camera negative were not saved. As a result, the international cut only exists as an interpositive film element. We felt cutting those scenes into the original camera negative for a UHD release would be jarring because of the increase in resolution of 2160p.

Not pre-ordering after the video glitch in Halloween II that they failed to correct and the generally bad compression of all their Halloween UHDs. I'll be waiting until I hear how this turned out. If this was by anyone else, I'd pre-order this for sure. But not based on their UHD track record so far.
